Partnership Program

 
The dream of Until There's A Cure® is that no one else will become infected with HIV/AIDS. Our goal is to fund research, care services, and education using The Bracelet as the tool. The Bracelet is designed to increase awareness, compassion, understanding, and responsibility. To date, Until There's A Cure has sold over 930,000 bracelets and granted $9,000,000.

In response to requests by many HIV/AIDS organizations to use The Bracelet as a fundraising opportunity, Until There's A Cure has developed the Partnership Program. Qualified organizations who meet eligibility requirements will receive 25 percent of the total revenues they generate from Bracelet sales.
 

Eligibility Requirements

• Your organization's mission statement
• Proof of non-profit 501(c)(3) status
• Evidence that your organization is a provider of HIV/AIDS care or educational services and your commitment that the grant will be used for AIDS care or education only

Plan Descriptions and Net Terms

Pre-Purchase Plan

• The Bracelet is special-ordered; consignment available
  for special events.
• Payment in full at purchase or net 30 terms with approved credit application.
• Organization pays all freight, specified insurance, and sales tax (if necessary).

Custom Order Plan

• Custom bulk-orders are made according to organization's customer pre-orders. Samples of The Bracelet and a point-of-purchase display unit may be purchased to facilitate pre-orders.
• Payment in full upon placement of order.
• Organization pays all freight, specified insurance, and sales tax (if necessary).

Retailer Referral Program

A great way of generating on-going grant funds for your organization is through the Retailer Referral Program. The Retailer Referral Program can create an ongoing revenue stream for your 501(c)(3) HIV/AIDS organization. We are asking you for introductions to and help with retailers you may know who have a concern about HIV/AIDS – retailers who would be willing to sell The Bracelet. If your assistance leads to successful distribution of The Bracelet with a retailer new to the Foundation, Until There's A Cure will provide a quarterly grant to your organization for three years (based on a percentage of the dollar volume of Bracelets shipped to those retailers in the previous quarter). The grants derived from this program can be granted to 501(c)(3) organizations for HIV/AIDS programs only.

Potential retailers can be large or small, retail chains or single outlets, general merchandise, jewelry stores, gift shops, florists, restaurants/bars, dry cleaners, or any other place where people might buy The Bracelet. Anyone can introduce us to the retailers and provide the assistance – your organization's staff, board members, friends, and so on. Better yet, there is virtually no limit to the number of retailers you can introduce us to. (Our current retailers and those retailers that other organizations are assisting us with, however, are not eligible.)
